All products are shipped from the Netherlands and delivered by DHL, with the exception of orders for Belgium, which are shipped via PostNL. To ensure safe delivery, shipments are tracked. Shipping costs are constant regardless of the size of the order, and delivery to a PO box is not possible. Provide a physical address. If there are any questions about your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact our colleagues via the link in your email with the estimated delivery date.

If you have accidentally made a mistake in your address details, please email us as soon as possible. We can make changes to the address within 24 hours, after which this is no longer possible.
