All products are shipped from the Netherlands.

All orders are shipped with DHL, with the exception of Belgium, which are shipped with PostNL. All shipments are sent safely with track and trace. The shipping costs remain the same for every order quantity. We do not ship to a PO box. Provide a physical address.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including your original shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@skintoneskin.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Print the returns form and fill it in.
2. Report your return to us by email (hello@skintoneskin.com), attach the return form .
3. Take the package to a parcel point.
4. Upon receipt of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
